Doesn't close out a permit from years ago, then acts as if he is doing a HUGE favor by paying for the work necessary to comply with 2013 code requirements. Workman shows up to make the upgrades to the system, removes landscaping (and doesn't replace it) and breaks 2 irrigation pipes in the process. Then Bob's Pool's refuses to pay for the damage caused by their own workers. We are the new owners of the house and we will never become clients of Bob's Pools.
