They do NOT honor purchased Groupons! I have emailed and called this business 5 times. I have contacted Groupon 3 times. They pre-sell cleanings, then fail to deliver; not a bad way to make money, until everyone in town catches on. They had the nerve to offer a deal on Half-Off Depot this week, after not honoring their Groupon offers. BUYERS beware. Do not trust A New Approach. They will not even return your calls to make an appointment. Can I give a negative number of stars-rating?
