I am writing this review as a very upset customer who got nothing, but lies and promises from this company. I was told that they would by able to have my Brazilian visa with in 5-7 days, but more than likely before. I was told not worry and relax that they would handle everything and I would be on my way to Brazil in no time. Meanwhile as I waited for my passport and visa to arrive or maybe a phone call of some sort to let me know as to the status of my visa, I got nothing I did all the follow up myself.
