My grandmother chose to go there for whatever reason. They aren't friendly, they don't help with any planning or assist in any of whatever process you're going through. If you're not keeping serious tabs on them who knows what could happen. A doctor has not spoken with us about my grandmothers problems or anything as far as what to maybe expect or what can be done or even just her progress since she's been there. they're rude, inconsiderate, don't seem to care about the residents.
