Before you sign your lease, everyone seems so nice and everything seems perfectly nice. However as soon as you are locked in with your lease, the maintenance issues will begin the day you move in and will not end until you leave. Also, some of the main staff is very unprofessional and rude. They have excuses for everything, especially maintenance issues. There are major issues with this company (MAA) and the vendors it choses to work on its property. Also, the property seems unsafe, especially at dark. A sauna is advertised, but this is false advertisement
