Review
They have a great choice of merchandise but their customer service is not that great.. When I needed help they made me feel like I was bothering them. I had an issue and spoke to Joe who is in charge when the general manage and owner are not there, which seems to be most of the time. I did not feel that Joe took my complaint seriously and he was more concerned with being wright than my satisfaction. They have lost a repeat customer. I will now shop at one of the other 5 outfitters in Knoxville.
