Alana on 05/09/2011 Write a Review In less than a year Ive had maintenance men scare the h*** out of me outside my bedroom when they let themselves in 2x without tuning my doorbell( they evidently knocked at front door but u can't hear that if your in the bedroom. It took weeks to finally get a repairman in to fix my wash machine. The dishwasher's water temp is cool & the dishes don't get clean. My fireplace was out of commission months in winter. Snow & ice removal on the walk was poor. I found a mouse in a drawer
