the buying process was great, they gave me the BEST deal possible and was very helpful in that process, but when it came to delivery I for one definitely wont buy from there just because of it. I scheduled delivery on a saturday and they gave me a time frame of noon-4, I had been at my place that entire time and never once had a knock on my door or a phone call. Turns out they put the wrong phone number in their system even though the receipt clearly shows MY number. Then they supposedly got through a locked apartment security door and came and knocked on my door%2
