I was recently pleasantly surprised by the cheerful, smiling Dairy Queen staff in Mercedes. I feel that the economy has negatively effected the quality and customer service in our local businesses. It was nice to see people enjoying their jobs and expressing a positive attitude towards their customers. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience.
