We had our contractor call Granby heating to get a bid/estimate on repairing one of our restaurant hoods. JB (one of the owner's at Granby H&S) came into our restaurant and REMOVED a brand new exhaust unit from the premise during open business hours --with out a bid or even, ever meeting or speaking with the owners or the contractor!
