The manager of this Enterprise site, Andrew Hanson, was very nice and friendly when I worked with him in person. However, Mr. Hanson fails to return repeated phone calls and emails and fails horribly at true customer service. He errounsely applied a fee to my account and refuses to admit the error. In our two weeks plus of dealing with this matter he has been incredibly rude on the phone, hanging up on me to take care of "real" customers and not returning calls or emails.
