Review
It seems they are trying at this store, but you have a few workers, whom have no CS skills, one manager whom is disrespectful. Over-all you have a good General Manager and several managers that can make it a good store, just need to make sure that certain people on front counter are more Customer Service orientated. It could be a 5 star if a few areas were fixed.
