this is the worst escrow company ever dealt with the people there are unethical. owner Lori Hidalgo has a lien on a property that she was paid for and refuses to remove it. they refuse to follow the laws written by the United States government. if they can't even follow the law set by the government how could people expect them to be impartial or ethical. the photo below shows where Lori Hidalgo sign that she received payment but still refuses to remove me from property
