AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This place actually has a lot going for it. It's in a great location (near to UCSB, research parks, shopping centers, etc.), the facilities are nothing special but most certainly adequate, the rent is reasonable, and there is a washer/dryer hookup in some units. The reason that I recommend against the complex (and would rate it lower than 1 star if there was an option) is entirely because of the management/ownership. The application process has ridiculous rules and guidelines, and if even the most minor detail loo
