I used to use KWAL paint until i had the most unprofessional customer service at the store in Fort Collins by the manage, and also by Mike Fortunato. The products they sold me were retinted to the colors from already tinted paint, because they didn't have the right amount of material in stock. Not only did they sell me already tinted products they also were filled with Clay, Rocks, Sand. Since they opened the new store in East Fort collins they have been doing some sneaky things to some customers paints, like adding water, dumping paint from a interior gallon
