Beware...Warranty = None and you will be blamed and you will pay for service call. Had a screen installed in July and the retractable piece broke and we were told it was our fault because we must have run into it. Great customer service, blame the homeowner! When I asked what was covered under this warranty James had a hard time telling me exactly the items covered. This lead me to the conclusive that nothing is covered and their claim about a Lifetime Warranty was BS. So I decided to pay but I thought I%u2019d ask the repairman on site a few questions%u2026..pre
