Lazy staff & Unprofessional Agent is a toxic combination. The staff is lazy, incompetent and unable to comprehend the simplest of tasks. I asked for a receipt and they couldn't print one. It took 4 phone calls, a call to State Farm Management & a lawyer to get this simple task accomplished. Meanwhile this agent needs some serious lessons in growing up. Hint customer service training, anger management & a course in professional behavior just to name a few. Don't go here unless you want the agent to scream at you and hang up the phone! Seriously. T
