This credit union try's to sell itself with the local small town feel, but believe me this is far from true. Numerica is far worse than any large bank and pales to any real local bank like Bank CDA. I actually missed Wells Fargo after trying this company. Complete lack of management, incompetence at every turn and a real adversarial attitude if you ever need to talk beyond the weather. Complain too loud and they will simply close your account which they have done to numerous folks. It's their way or the highway and their way is retarded. Teller actually told me
