Luckily, I had a very different experience than Dan E. The management company who owns my apartment complex had my car wrongly towed from my own parking spot and refused to pay for it. As a struggling college student, I was extremely upset because I didn't have the time or money required to get my vehicle, nor did I have anyone to drive me to pick it up.
