John's Plumbing harmed a ninety-year-old blind lady and a ninety-four-year-old man who cannot walk, neither of whom could inspect the work because of their disabilities. John's left their newly-installed pipes leaking and would not come back to fix the leak, uninstalled the clothes dryer and left it out in the middle of the basement floor where it could no longer be used and told us falsely that water heaters small enough (18-inch diameter) to accommodate the dryer and water heater in that space aren't made any more when they are actually available about ever
