My wife had just left a doctors appointment at UCLA Medical Plaza for a physical therapy appointment with our three month year old son. She was pushing her stroller with baby inside while walking by when our child's doctor called with some important information she had to take notes on. She stopped in front of the shop to have a phone call when a woman who proclaimed to be the owner stepped outside to verbally assault my wife for having a phone conversation outside of her store. My wife was not in her store, and spoke on the phone for what was likely 10 minutes. T
