Parks and Recreation is supposed to be a dynamic recreation program covering a wide variety of activities to all Hempstead residents. Hempstead is predominantly Black. George Sandas should not be in that position. George Sandas is racist. George Sandas doesn%u2019t want to see black people succeed. George Sandas is in a position to help, but George perpetrates the same differences that keep black people in the bottom of the barrel. George Sandas lacks compassion, sincerity, empathy and a heart.
