They've got a great scam going here. They don't even have to worry about customer service when your vehicle isn't towed by choice! They are dishonest, unprofessional, rude and unethical. After my vehicle was stolen it was abandoned at a gas station and towed by Goch and Son's. 1. They didn't follow city laws and police procedures. Detroit requires that any tows not requested by the owner or operator be authorized by Detroit Police. They did not call the police first.
