I had, at first, written a very negative review for the Avalon Apartments. But, since bringing the grievances that I had listed here to management's attention (and in light of the very nasty review that I'd posted earlier) the on-site managers seemed happy to help, albeit frustrated with the lack of communication. Here are a couple tips for living at the Avalon. The bug problem, while still an issue, is being taken care of and they said that they'd put in a work order every "bug day" that they can.
