On May 25, 2011, I took my four year old Honda self propelled mower into O%u2019Connors for repair. This was my first visit for repair service. My previous experience with O%u2019Connors was nothing more than pricing new mowers. At the time I dropped off the mower, I explained the problem and noted it was probably the blade brake / brake clutch.
