I was towed by this company when parked at a doctors office after hours. (11:30pm) After taking a taxi to get my car, they completely laughed at us and the other group by us. They thought it was completely funny at our expense. When asked what their names were, they refused to give them. They have workers standing outside with guns. (Do not know if licensed to carry on premise) We felt uncomfortable so we called Jacksonville Sheriff's office while we picked up our car. One of the police officer's was a woman.
