Ridgewood Care Center is a multi-specialty long-term care facility in Racine, Wisconsin. County-owned, we are dedicated to providing high quality skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services to Racine County residents. In partnership with the Human Services Department, we provide a competitive continuum of long-term care and community-based services. With the most appropriate settings, we ensure choice, dignity and quality of life. In order to offer optimal services that will maximize result-focused inpatient and outpatient recovery efforts, our rehabilitation team plays a continuing and integral part in overall client care.
