Welcome to Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists we are located in Spokane Washington. Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists is the Inland Northwest’s most comprehensive and technologically-advanced orthopaedic practice with several locations throughout the Inland Northwest. NWOS was formed though a merger with Associated Orthopaedic Specialists, and Northwest Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic in 2001. Both groups had pioneers of orthopaedic Surgeons in Spokane dating back to the late 1950’s. We offer the complete spectrum musculoskeletal care and over the years have grown to include digital imaging, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Ambulatory Surgery Center services on-site for our patient’s convenience.
