I needed to rent a trumpet for my son to play in the school band. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The initial sign-up process took a little while to get through the paper work and setup in their computer, but after that it was a breeze. I liked that my rental payments were going towards the purchase of the instrument so if my son stuck with it we would eventually own it. He dropped band when he got to High School, and I was really nervous about returning it. I hate canceling contracts, and all the prying questions as to why. They really were a hassle free
