This company damaged ( irreparably) an inside window frame which they are refusing to fix as well as a shrub outside my house which the insaller broke and also a panel around the inside of a second window. it was a nightmare watching my house get damaged by this installer who seemed to minimize the problem and suggest I fix it myself. I tried to resolve the matter with the manager. No return phone calls, lots of condescending questions when I finally held long enough to actually get him on the ohone and then and zero satisfaction.
