This one is is a cult. :( I can't believe I'm the only one that wrote a review. But yeah, when they ask for you to fill out a visitor card, or they ask for your address and phone number don't give it to them! They will keep calling you to try and get you to come back, they didn't stop for months. It's the creepiest place. They will alienate you from your friends and family, it won't be long before you start running. Don't ignore your gut feelings, all the red flags will be here.
