This company has provided me with a custom made heel wedge for my shoe that did not improve my condition (as it was supposed to) but rather made it worse. They have also billed me for this item, and when I complained, they did not want to hear anything and only wanted their money. Essentially, they made me pay for something that only had a negative effect. Be aware - they have reps in doctors' offices - do not trust their products and better stay away.
