I had a very bad experience with this company. They came out to fix my air and told me it would take a week to get the part in, it took almost two weeks to get it fixed. The part came in on the 11th day and because of rain (no rain at my house) and because it would take 3 hours that they would be there 8am sharp the following monday. After not showing up at 8am and me having to call I was yelled at by Sharon saying she didn't need to deal with me that early in the morning and then ask do you want your compressor fixed today or not, I am just livid.
