Jerry @ Mt. Clemens Door installed 3 entry doors for us Oct 29 of 2011. Its Feb of 2012 and our issues with our doors are still not resolved. From day 1 its been a headache working with Jerry. We asked for all 3 doors to use the same key.. intead we received 3 different keys. Then--2 of the entry doors are French doors (2 doors in 1 frame). Both were mis-installed... being neither plum nor square. The installers never used a level or tap measure to measure corner to corner.. even during the NUMEROUS visits after the install to try and fix the doors. Neither seale
