The duquesne light company in general is just aweful. My experience with this company began while I was driving down 376 and was nearly killed when a DL truck ran me off the road near the churchhill exit. Luckily there was room. Then when I moved to monroeville they began billing me and the previous resident, the previous resident then had my service cancelled and the rude and brainless customer service agents left me without power for a week. 1 out of 5 cs agents i spoke with actually had a soul, but the rest had none. I wish I had an alternative to this terrible and u
