Lot Less provides a mixed shopping experience. Sometimes -- about half the time -- I get the product home and quickly discover the why the product was being sold at Lot Less Closeouts.... Sometimes, Lot Less managers are smart enough to realize that taking back defective merchandise usually means selling me more stuff and making more money off me that the cost of the product returned.
