Horrible environment - grounds are filthy - cigarette butts all over every corner in parking lot as well as trash. Not a good place to have kids play outside. Large dogs everywhere. My son was almost bit by a big German Shepard. Management is the worst. Fake! Does not do anything when there are issues with noise. Walls are like paper. You can hear everything! Run - do not rent. Can find a lot better for $1000 a month.
