Completely unreliable. He does not honor his word and does not stand by his work. I have called this particular business owner, on multiple occasions, regarding his substandard work. (He installed a new floor, refinished an existing floor, and installed ill-fitting, cracked and/or inoperable floor registers.) I have made arrangements to leave work early, to go to work late and to even have someone home in the middle of the day so Vince could address flawed workmanship. He was a no-show on each occasion. Total disappointment. I would never recommend this comp
