R-Ranch is a great place but so much is not being used as possible income and excitement for the owners. The ranch is under staffed and in need of major repairs and better accommodations for both staff and owners. There is a serious need for better security and more attention to the care of the horses hoofs and the owners won't drink the water just to mention a few serious needs. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS claims to run the ranch legally yet DOES NOT follow CA state labor laws. The board refuses to address illegal actions and comply. These actions could cost the ranch a lot
