My daughter and I visited Belle Bridals today to pick up a brides maid gown. There was only the owner and one employee in the store. The store was small and cramped and very hot. Ther were 9 customers in the store at the time. When my daughter tried on the gown it needed altered. The young girl went to clamp the gown for the fitting. She clamped my daughters skin causing an immediate welt and now a bruise along with the welt. The owner was there an said she was sorry and do we want some cream. the girl just stood there and never said a word not even I'm sorry. The
