Storefront has been open 4-5 years. All descriptions here are firsthand experiences. I've worked short-order and as a busboy. I've also seen kitchen work in other KFCs while doing phone service repairs a few years ago. The first year and a half, their order accuracy was about 60%. The problem seemed to be on the TBell part of the order almost exclusively, rather than the KFC side. Things have improved dramatically. Recently their accuracy on orders is in the 99-100% range.
