I attempted to call to get an address for a payoff today. The phone rang nine times before anyone answered. I was transferred three times and after 4 miuntes and 32 seconds and the third transfer I got a recording telling me the number I was trying to reach was not available and to try again. I called back, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, only five rings this time, explained what I wanted, got the third degree, (only wanted an address).
