I had my sons 4th birthday at Once Upon a Treetop in June 2011 and it was a bad expirence from the beginning. In the days leading up to the party I had called them to make a very minor adjustment to the food order. I wanted toppings on some of the pizzas. This simple request overwhelmend them and I was told that I had a contract and nothing could be changed. I made the request again the day of the party and was met rudely by staff members telling me again that I had a contract and nothing could be done. Again all I wanted was pepperoni on my pizza and I found out that this
