Attorney William Phares is the least aggressive and most incompetent attorney I have had the misfortune of dealing with. He claimed to represent our cause while doing NOTHING. We hired him for a closing and he did nothing to protect our interests. He is ALL TALK and NO action. He told us to "sit tight" and he would take care of everything and after that he ducked our calls, didn't file necessary paper work, didn't prepare any paperwork (deeds, death certificates etc.), didn't even contact the opposing parties lawyer (who is his buddy) about any
