This particular store is wonderful! Their people are curteous and polite and they almost ALWAYS have everything in stock. Stay away from the Olathe store though (119th and Blackbob). They are incredibly rude and unhelpful. One older woman (she's a manager) who has worked there for awhile is extremely rude and unprofessional. I use to frequent that store and won't set foot back in it. The Overland Park location in so much better!! My experiences at the Olathe store have been so disappointing that I almost began taking my business to Party America. Howev
