This is a MAJOR concern! Second time I have had my perscription filled this year and both times it comes in a pre-packaged box which is extremely difficult to open and then release each individual pill for the next 30 or 90 days (depending on the refill). I requested pills in a bottle w/easy open cap and was told this could not be done - company policy). Needless to say as a customer this will not happen a third time as I will contact my Dr. and get my perscription filled in a customer friendly enviroment. Difficulty lies in older hands that do not function wel
