When my son ordered gas, they wouldn't even put him on the list (a 5-7 day delivery) unless he paid first, they would not accept money at delivery, after doing business with them for 3 yrs.They made him wait until the 7th day at 3:30. This was the coldest days this year, and he had to shut off the tank, because it dropped to 2%.They also informed him when he called to ask if they were coming, that he would be bumped if they had a emergency delivery. That meant if someone paid the $150 fee, which he couldn't afford. Apparently having a 3 year old
