On July 1, 2011, I went to Shear Power in Ranson, WV. This was my second time going to this salon. This was the beginning of a 5 hour nightmare! This first time was about a month ago, when I got a haircut, and color. I had asked for highlights, and to lighten my hair. While my stylist, Angela Surratt didn't do a great job, it was not awful, and I was willing to return in order to recolor my roots. July 1, was a nightmare. I returned to see Ms Surratt again. I immediately noticed that she could not find my client card with my specific dye colors writ
