This was possibly the worst experience i have ever had with a enterprise rental company. My car was in a accident and when i went to enterprise all they had was trucks. The sales associate told me i could switch it at any time at any location. I decided to go to the Beacon Ny location. I had called earlier today about a compact car, the branch manager Sara B had told me that there were compact cars available. When i went in and told her i wanted to trade in the pick up truck they gave me she insisted that there were no cars after she just told me 10 min earlie
