DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional staff who are not educated in fair debt collection practices. I paid off my loan on 8/13/2012. I received a receipt with a $0 balance, original loan agreement with PAID stamped across, my extra car key and the original title. Today, 1/22/2013, I woke up to find my car was missing. I was informed by my local police department that LOAN SMART had repossessed my car. I took all my paperwork to the police department AND was instructed to file a civil claim for actual and punitive damages for the illegal reposse
